My name is Sandra Price, I work and manage White Lotus Body Arts as a tattoo artist in Ventura County, CA. I strive to make your experience safe and comfortable. I am a licensed tattoo artist and  I have my OSHA mandated bloodborne pathogens certification. I have been tattooing in the city of Ventura since 2010.
