My name is Sandra Price, I have been tattooing in the city of Ventura since 2010. I manage and tattoo at and White Lotus Body Arts in Ventura County, CA. I strive to make your experience safe and comfortable. I am a licensed tattoo artist and I have my OSHA mandated blood born pathogens certification.
